Mint leaves are a nice refreshing flavor to add to in drinks. It helps in digestion more effectively, improving the flow of bile. Mint also helps relax cramped up stomach muscles. Watermelon helps the body flush out toxins because it contains the organic compound citrulline.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Watermelon [cubed] - 7 to 8 
  • Mint leaves - 6 to 8 nos.
  • Chia seeds [soaked] - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1 liter
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Place cubed watermelon, chia seeds and mint leaves [lightly crushed] in a pitcher.  Step 2 Add iced water into it. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Step 3 The infused water will last up to 2 days.
