Good for summers; this chilled recipe is rich in antioxidants, fiber and also gut friendly. Loaded with natural sweetness from fruit sugar it keeps the need of adding extra sugar away and therefore saves us from eating empty calories.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Strawberry - 1 cup
  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, mix well 1 cup greek yogurt and strawberry puree. Step 2 Add this blended puree in moulds. Step 3 Deep freeze it for 6-8 hours. Step 4 You can add wooden sticks while unmoulding to give an ice-cream effect.
