We are including this ice-cold drink, strawberry, lime, cucumber, and mint water. The compound nitrate found in strawberries promotes blood flow and oxygen in our body, which is great for weight loss. Enjoy this cold drink on a hot summer day.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Strawberry [chopped]  - 2 to 3 nos 
  • Mint leaves [crused] - 8 leaves
  • Cucumber [chopped ] - 2 or 3 slices
  • Lime [sliced] - 2 nos 
  • Ice cube - as per required 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Rinse the strawberries, cucumber and fresh mint leaves. Cut the cucumber, strawberries, and limes into semi-thin slices.  Step 2 Layer the strawberries, cucumber and lime slices along with a mint and leave in water.  Step 3 Add ice cubes and then fill with fresh culd water. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
