INGREDIENTS:
  • Apple/Pear/Peach - 1 piece [25 g].
  • Water - 1 cup.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut the fruit in small cubes. Step 2 Put the fruit into a saucepan together with water. Step 3 Cover the lid & cook over low heat until tender [about 6-8 minutes]. Step 4 Blend the fruit to a smooth puree & feed.
