A cheesilicious and healthy omelette to fill your appetite with spinach and tomatoes to provide fiber and satiety with high protein.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg Whites - 3 no.
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped baby spinach leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Oil - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a non-stick pan spread little oil heat over medium heat until hot. Add Egg sprinkle with pepper. Step 2 Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until Egg begins to set. Gently lift edges and tilt to allow uncooked Egg Beaters to run underneath. Step 3 Cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until set. Step 4 Top half of omelet with spinach, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Fuld remaining half of omelet over filling;
