INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg whites - 2 nos.
  • Chopped onions - 10 g
  • Fresh chopped spinach -  ½ cup 
  • Oil -  ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a non-stick pan, add  ½ teaspoon oil.  Step 2 Add chopped onions, spinach and saute until onions are gulden about 3 minutes.  Step 3 Pour egg whites into pan. Scramble until cooked. Step 4 Serve hot.
