Combining it with yogurt makes it more nutrient dense as yogurt provides protein and calcium too.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pineapple chunks - 1 Katori
  • Yogurt - 1 Katori
  • Ice cubes - 3 to 4
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, add pineapple chunks, yogurt, and ice cubes. Blend until it becomes smooth.  Step 2 Pour in a glass and serve chilled.
