You don't have to add any sugar to this drink. Ripe mango, lime juice give tea its tangy and sweet flavors. Make it ahead of time & enjoy this drink instead of evening tea Mango is rich in vitamin A. It contains fiber & potassium, helping those with blood pressure & cholesterol.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiling water - 1 glass
  • Green tea bag - 1 no. 
  • Mango [pulp] - 3 tbsp 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves - 5 - 6 nos.
  • Ice cubes - 4 - 5 no.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Pour the water into a heat-resistant pitcher. Add the tea bag and let steep for 10 minutes.  Step 2 Remove and discard the bag and allow the tea to coul before refrigerating.  Step 3 Add the mango, lime juice, mint leaves. Step 4 Pour over ice & enjoy.
