INGREDIENTS:
  • Mutton - 50 g
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Onion, chopped - 1 medium
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Mutton stock - ½ cup
  • Carrot (diced) - 1 small
  • Dried thyme - 1 tsp 
  • Bay leaf - 1 no
  • Oil - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a bowl mix mutton with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook the mutton pieces over medium high heat until done . Place mutton into stock. Step 2 In the same greased pan, add garlic and onion and saute till onion begins to become gulden ; add the garlic-onion mixture to the stock. Cover and simmer for 15 mins. Step 3 Add carrots, thyme and bay leaves to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
