INGREDIENTS:
  • Tricolour wheat penne pasta - 1 packet (100g) 
  • Grated carrot - 1/4th cup
  • Sliced capsicum - 1/2 cup 
  • Cherry tomatoes - 5-6 diced 
  • Sliced black olives - 5-6
  • Feta cheese - 1 tbsp 
  • Oregano - as per taste
  • Basil - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Boil triculor wheat spiral pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes.  Step 2 Drain the water and keep the pasta aside to coul.  Step 3 In a bowl add cherry tomato, ulives, carrot, capsicum, feta cheese and paste. Toss them well. Step 4 Sprinkle oregano and basil as per taste.  Step 5 Salad is ready to serve!
