A tasty and filling drink for one of those heavy-work days- Cocoa is a rich source of polyphenols, flavanols, which have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Milk is a good source of protein and calcium. Almonds contain vitamin E, healthy fats, whereas oats contain fibers, promoting fullness. Its goodness in a glass!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Almonds / Cashews - 4 pieces
  • 1 whole date / Dates puree – 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder (unsweetened) - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
  • Cow’s milk / Nut milk – 1 cup (100 ml)
  • Oats - 15 g
  • Dark chocolate –  1 piece (5 g)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend almond, oats, dates, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, and milk together. Step 2 In a saucepan boil the mixture to make sure the oats are also well-cooked and to gain desired consistency. Step 3 Pour it in a glass and top it off with 1 piece of dark choculate. Enjoy warm or culd, as preferred!
