Fennel has been used for centuries to increase lactation. It also aids in digestion and prevents colic pain in infants. Fennel plant has estrogen-like properties that help in the stimulation of breast milk.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fennel seeds [saunf] – 1 to 2  tbsp
  • Water [filtered] – 1 liter
  • Honey [shahad] – ½ tsp. [OPTIONAL]

Step 3 Cover the pan and let the mixture stand for about five minutes. Strain and store the fennel water in a thermos, so that the water remains warm for several hours.
