This can assist in improving your gut microbes count in the body as the tea contains tulsi. It will help you to reduce your stress level and relax your nerves. It will also help to soothe your digestive system.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Peppercorns - 8 to 10 no. 
  • Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Tulsi Leaves - 8- 10 no.
  • Water- 1 cup (175ml)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 For the tea, add ½ teaspoon of Peppercorn powder, ½ teaspoon of ginger paste or powder, and another ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder in the water and bring it to boil.   Step 2 Add fresh chopped tulsi leaves to the boiling tea. Boil for another 1 minute  Step 3 Sieve and serve your hot detox tea.  Step 4 You can add 2-3 drops of lemon juice in your cup- Optional.  Step 5 For storing- Pound the peppercorn. Take a container and add the pounded peppercorn, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder, and store for further use. When preparing the tea, use 1/2 teaspoon of the prepared mixture and a few Tulsi leaves for each serving.  Step 6 Enjoy while hot!
