INGREDIENTS:
  • Beetroot [chopped] - 1 small
  • Carrots [chopped] - 2 small
  • Coriander leaves [minced] - 2 tsp 
  • Rock Salt - as per taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Water - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel and roughly chop the beetroot, and carrots and blend them in a blender using a cup of water or use a juicer. Step 2 Grind them into a fine paste; add more water if required while blending. Bring the juice to your desired consistency by adding more water if required. Step 3 Add lemon juice, coriander leaves rock salt and mix well. Step 4 Drink the juice without straining or you'll lose all the good fibres.
