This recipe is a complete meal with high fiber, high protein, low carbohydrate, and low-fat characteristics. It is baked which is a healthier cooking method.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken - 50 g 
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves [chopped] - 2 tsp
  • Onion [chopped] - 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - ¼  tsp
  • Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Marinate the chicken fingers with mint, ginger-garlic paste, salt, onion, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and lemon juice. Step 2 Add oil and cornflour to the marinated chicken and mix it well. Step 3 Add the bread crumbs and mix well. Place it into a baking pan. Step 4 Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees C. Step 5 Bake the fingers for 15 min or till crispy.
