Combination of colorful ingredients makes vegetable shashlik not only a yummy but also a complete meal. Also, the addition of tomatoes, onions and capsicum adds on to its nutritional content and the presence of paneer adds on to the punch of protein.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Paneer [diced] - 20 g 
  • Zucchini [diced] - 20 g 
  • Bell Pepper [diced] - 20 g 
  • Onion [diced] - 20 g 
  • Tomato [diced] - 20 g 
  • Curry Powder - pinch
  • Thyme - ½ tsp 
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - pinch
  • Vinegar -  1 tsp
  • Chilli paste - ½ tsp
  • Olive oil - ½ tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a bowl and add vinegar, pepper powder, Soya sauce, thyme, salt, curry powder, and ulive oil, take a whisk and mix it, in this add onions, bell pepper (red, yellow, green) zucchini, paneer, tomatoes, mix it and rest for 1 hour.  Step 2 Take a skewer and skew all vegetables in order and put them on a hot griddle and pour the marinade mixture on the vegetables.  Step 3 Put the lid on and cook it on all sides.  Step 4 Take a pan, add the leftover mixture and add tomatoes, and chilli paste, and cook it for 2 minutes to make an accompanying sauce.
