These protein-rich tacos are easy to prepare, with the addition of heart-healthy tomato-onion to provide a balanced meal. It is sure to deliver a whole package of flavors!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer- 30 g
  • Butter (unsalted) - minimal
  • Baked Taco shells - 2 no.
  • Salsa sauce - 2 tsp
  • Feta cheese - ½ tsp
  • Fresh coriander -  1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Pepper powder - as per taste
  • Onion (chopped)  - 1 small 
  • Tomato (chopped) - 1 small 
  • Lettuce- 2 no
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a bowl add salt, pepper, onion and tomato Step 2 In a nonstick kadai, heat butter over medium-high heat, add paneer and season with salt and pepper cook for 2-3 mins. Step 3 Remove from heat and add paneer to the tomato-onion mixture.  Step 4 Fill the taco shells with this mixture.  Step 5 Top with salsa, feta cheese and lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
