INGREDIENTS:
  • Papaya chunks - 4 to 6 pcs 
  • Yogurt - 1 Katori
  • Coconut water - ½ glass
  • Grounded flaxseed - 1 Tsp
  • Soaked chia seeds - 1tsp
  • Crushed ice - ½ cup (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, add papaya, yogurt, coconut water, flaxseed, chia seed, and ice. Blend all together until it becomes smooth and frothy.  Step 2 Pour in a glass and serve chill.
