This soup helps in regulating the digestive tract and provides satiety. Since the vegetables are packed with antioxidants, they will help in protecting the body against free radicals.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Onions [chopped] - 2 nos. 
  • Green Peppers [chopped] - 2 nos. 
  • Tomatoes [chopped] - 2 nos. 
  • Cabbage [chopped] - ½ head
  • Celery stocks [chopped] - 4 nos
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Herbs and flavourings [lime , basil, pepper] - as desired
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Wash all the vegetables and clean them. Step 2 Dice onion, and green peppers and add to the pan. Mash the tomatoes, and sauté on high heat. Step 3 Add plenty of water and boil for ½ hour. Step 4 Chop cabbage and celery. Add to the above mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Step 5 Add herbs or flavoring as per your choice.NOTE- [NO SALT, NO OIL]
