Sprouts pav bhaji is the best option to enjoy your favourite pav bhaji healthily. It is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron, fibre, and protein and is also good for weight loss too.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mix sprouts - 2 tbsp
  • Multigrain bread - 2 slices
  • Onion [chopped] - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato [chopped] - 2 tbsp
  • Green chili [minced] - 1 tsp 
  • Mixed veggies [potato, beans, peas, carrot] [chopped] - 1 katori 
  • Corriander leaves [chopped] - 1 tsp 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - ¼ tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala - 1 tsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Salt - as per to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Step 2 Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, green chillies, pav bhaji masala, salt, and water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Step 3 Now add mixed vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for a minute while mashing using a masher Step 4 Add the mixed sprouts, water, coriander, lemon juice, and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Step 5 Serve it hot with multigrain bread.
