This combination makes perfect infused water which is good for health. Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C. They are also a very good source of dietary fibre. Cinnamon has antifungal, antibacterial, and even antiviral properties. Cardamom used in combat nausea, acidity, bloating, gas, heartburn, loss of appetite, constipation and much more. Cloves is helpful for warming and soothing.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Orange - 2 slices (peeled)
  • Cinnamon - 2 sticks
  • Cloves - 5 no.
  • Cardamom - 3 no. (crushed)
  • Water - 1 litre
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients & add them immediately into 1-litre drinking water. Infuse & chill for 8 to 12 hours in the refrigerator before drinking. Drink it at room temperature.
