Sattu powder helps in maintaining Blood Sugar Level and it is great at maintaining cholesterol levels; it is also loaded with fiber which helps in digestion. Sattu can cure issues related to the stomach like constipation, bloating, and acidity. The cooling properties in this make it a perfect drink for summer by cooling the body and keeping your energy levels in check, which can make you dull and tired but when this powder is available we don't have to worry about that.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Whole chana powder [roasted] - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - ¼  tsp
  • Coriander leaves [chopped] -  ½  tsp
  • Mint leaves [chopped] -  ½  tsp
  • Salt -  as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a pan, add 1  tbsp whule chana, roast it  on medium flame, add ¼  tsp of cumin and roast it as well. Roasting all these will make the powder more flavourful. Let the roasted mix coul down for 20 min. Step 2 Take a mixer and grind the whule roasted mix of whule chana and jeera till it turns to fine powder. Step 3 Remove the mix in a katori, add salt as per taste and mix it well  - our amazing and healthy sattu powder is ready.  Step 4 You can add ½ tsp of coriander leaves and ½ tsp of mint leaves in water with sattu powder and enjoy. Step 5 [Note : You can make the powder in bulk and save it for later, store it in a dry place]
