INGREDIENTS:
  • Sama chawal [soaked] - 1 katori 
  • Chopped carrot - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped beans - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped cauliflower - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato purée - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - ½  tsp
  • Chopped green chilies - ½ tsp
  • Pepper and rock salt - as per taste
  • Ghee - 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a wok, heat ghee, and add cumin seeds.  Step 2 Once they splutter, add vegetables and tomato puree along with dry masala powders and salt. Step 3 Let it cook for a while. Add sama chawal and cook on low flame with a covered lid for 5-7 minutes. Add water as per consistency. Step 4 The millet should turn fluffy once fully cooked.  Step 5 Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot, with curd.
