This drink adds sweetness with raspberries and a citrus flavor with quartered lemons. It's naturally refreshing and delicious, no sugar involved. Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C that fight against cancer, heart, and circulatory disease and age-related decline.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Raspberry -  ½ cup
  • Lemon [sliced] -  1 Sliced
  • Mint leaves - 7 to 8 nos.
  • Water - 1 liter
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add the raspberries and squeeze them gently, making sure not to break them apart. Step 2 Add lemon slices, mint leaves and ice to the top of the jar, and then pour in water until the jar is full. Stir it up and refrigerate. The longer you wait, the better it will taste.
