Milk is packed with important nutrients like protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and vitamin D. Yogurt works wonder as probiotic to strengthen our gut flora. All fruits are sources of vitamin, mineral and antioxidants and improve your skin too.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Sugar Free Muesli/ Granola - 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt / Greek yogurt/ Low fat Curd - 3 tbsp
  • Almond Milk/Nut milk / cow Milk [unsweetened] - 100 ml 
  • Whey Protein Powder [Optional] - 1 scoop
  • Seasonal fruits [Chopped] - 1 katori

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take muesli in a mason jar or a daiquiri glass. Step 2 Mix 1 scoop whey protein in the milk and then add to the jar (optional). Step 3 Add greek yogurt / yogurt and top it up with the chopped frozen fruits to the jar and enjoy .
