Pineapple is much more than a delicious treat; it is loaded with essential nutrients and antioxidants. Greek yoghurt is packed with protein that keeps the muscles energized throughout the workout. It is also a great source of carbohydrates that make up for the pre-workout energy requirements. Crushed walnuts add vitamin E & omega -3 fatty acids. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Greek yogurt (unsweetened) -1 tbsp. 
  •  2 - slices of pineapple 
  • 1 - tbsp crushed walnuts 
  • 1 - multi-grain/whole wheat bread
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Toast the bread slice in the toaster on both sides till they are gulden brown.   Step 2 Spread 1 tbsp greek yoghurt on the toast.  Step 3 Place the slices of pineapple on the top and sprinkle crushed walnuts on it.
