Sweet pineapple and refreshing mint! Pineapple contains significant amounts of an enzyme that breaks down protein, helping in digestion. You may not think these two flavors would go together, but they combine to form a delicious drink that will quench your thirst like nothing else on a hot summer day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pineapple [sliced] - 2 slices.
  • Mint/basil leaves - 6 to 8 nos.
  • Cucumber [sliced] - 4 to 5 slices
  • Water - 1 liter

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.  It's best to infuse pineapple for 8-12 hours.
