Paneer is one's daily diet not only provides calcium to your body but also helps to give the benefit of providing the protein required by the body for growth and renewal. Yoghurt is an excellent source of calcium and protein, two nutrients that have been proven to raise the body's metabolic rate and boost fat loss.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer [cubes] - 20 g 
  • Cherry tomatoes [chopped] - 2 to 3 nos
  • Green bell peppers [cubes] - 2 tbsp 
  • Greek yogurt - 75 g 
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp.
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp 
  • Cumin seeds [grounded] - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste 
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix the yoghurt with coriander, cumin, chilli, turmeric and garlic paste. Add salt, and whisk to get a smooth paste. Step 2 Add the cubes of paneer to this paste and coat well. Allow marinating for 1 hour. Step 3 On wooden skewers, arrange alternate cubes of paneer with the cherry tomatoes and green bell peppers squares. Step 4 Grill on a barbeque or in the oven until the vegetables are soft as per your liking. Step 5 Garnish with a squeeze of lemon and serve.
