INGREDIENTS:

  • Green capsicum cut into two and deseeded - 1 
  • Tomato, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Paneer (cottage cheese), cut into small pieces - 25 g
  • Green peas - 1 tsp
  • French beans, chopped - 15 g
  • Carrot, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Oil  - ½ tsp 
  • Cinnamon - ½ small stick
  • Green chillies - 2 nos.
  • Cumin powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add cinnamon sticks and green chillies, saute a little.  Step 2 Add tomato, green peas, French beans, carrot. Saute for a while.  Step 3 Add cottage cheese and mix well. Add ½ cup water and allow the mixture to boil. Step 4 Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.  Step 5 Add the coriander leaves and mix well. Step 6 Remove from heat and fill the mixture into the capsicum halves. Place the capsicum in the same pan and cook for two minutes until soft.  Step 7 Add coriander leaves on it. Step 8   Use serving plate and serve hot.
