Mango and berries are good sources of antioxidants, and vitamin C as well, which helps in boosting immunity and making you strong. Yogurt is rich in protein and calcium, this recipe along with a pinch of cinnamon powder makes it a power pack of nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mango/ Berries  - 50 g  
  • Yoghurt - 1 katori 
  • Chia / gardencress seeds - 1 tsp 
  • Muesli [sugar free] - 2 tsp 
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, add chopped mango/berries [of your choice] and blend it well.  Step 2 Now add the yogurt, chia/garden cress seeds, muesli, and cinnamon powder, blend all until creamy and smooth.  Step 3 Pour the mix into a cup, you can refrigerate it for 10 minutes and Enjoy!
