It is also low in calories making it a perfect fruit for those who want to drop some weight. Combining it with milk which is a rich source of calcium and protein makes this drink delicious as well as healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Orange - 1 no.
  • Milk - 1 glass 
  • Vanilla extract - ¼ tsp
  • Ice cubes - 2 to 3
  • Chia seeds [soaked] - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, add peeled orange, milk, chia seed, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blend until it becomes smooth.  Step 2 Pour in a glass and serve chilled.
