Banana is rich in minerals like potassium and manganese which helps in making kids more alert. Oats are rich in soluble fiber. Milk is a good source of calcium and dairy protein.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Oats - 20 g
  • Skimmed milk - ½ cup [50 g]
  • Vanilla - ½ tsp 
  • Banana  [mashed] - ½ small [mashed]
  • Whole wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
  • Butter [melted] - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degree Celsius.  Step 2 Combine oats, milk, and vanilla. puree in a food mill or processor. Oats look really dry even with the liquid, but once they are pureed it shall look fine. Step 3 Add the mashed banana to the oats puree. Step 4 Add the melted butter and flour, puree. It will look like a pancake batter more than a cookie dough. Step 5 Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Step 6 Bake for 20 minutes until the bottoms are gulden brown.
