INGREDIENTS:
  • Chia seeds [soaked for 10 minutes] - 1 tbsp
  • Mixed frozen fruit bowl [add apple/ mango/berries e.t.c] - 1 bowl
  • Coconut water [avoid malai] - 100 ml
  • Ice Cube - as per requirement
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add soaked chia seeds and all chopped frozen fruits in a jar or bowl.  Step 2 Add coconut water to the jar and stir well. Step 3 Add ice cubes and enjoy.
