INGREDIENTS:
  • Skimmed Milk - 100 ml [1 cup]
  • Apple [chopped] - 1 no.
  • Berries [chopped] - 2 nos.
  • Papaya [sliced] - 1 no.
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Peel the skin of the apple and spoon out the flesh of the papaya.  Step 2 Blend the fruits and milk into appropriate consistency.  Step 3 Add the soaked chia seeds. Step 4 Coul and serve.
