When putting together into a tea, it warms and benefits the whole body and mind. The tea is effective at eliminating cancer-causing toxins, helps with digestion, reduces stress, and is safe for diabetics.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mint leaves - 8-10 no. 
  • Ginger (Grated) - 1 inch 
  • Honey (Optional) - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a glass of water and put it on the flame to boil.  Step 2 Add mint and grated ginger to the water.  Step 3 Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.  Step 4 Add honey and sip up warm.
