Mango smoothie is a healthy drink with many health benefits. This smoothie is rich in nutrients like vitamins, protein, minerals, and dietary fiber. It is also good for weight management. It has natural sugar available in fruits and dates. The rich dietary fiber of fruits boosts body metabolism and excretory system. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mango diced [frozen]- 2 tbsp / 1 small banana [frozen] 
  • Roasted oats - 2 tsp
  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup [100 g]
  • Water - ½ Cup
  • Walnut - 1 nos.
  • Date - 1 no.
  • Chia seeds [soaked] - 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 2-3 nos. 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Soak date and walnut in ½ cup of water. Step 2 In a blender, add frozen mango, soaked date, walnut, ice cubes, and yogurt.  Step 3 Blend it until all the ingredients get an even and smooth texture and add 1 tsp soaked chia seeds. Step 4 Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
