This water recipe uses lemongrass-infused at room temperature to quickly and effectively draw out the refreshing flavour. lemongrass helps relieve stomach disorders, insomnia, respiratory disorders, fever, aches, infections, rheumatism, and oedema. Fennel seeds are highly aromatic and flavoursome. This thirst-quenching water is healthy, fast, and fresh.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lemongrass [chopped] - 1 whole stalk
  • Mint leaves [crushed] -  8 leaves
  • Fennel seeds - 1tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine the mint, lemongrass, and saunf with water and let the infusion sit for 3-4 hours at room temperature.  Step 2 The warmer temperature helps the ingredients' flavors intensify more quickly.  Step 3 You can also infuse in your refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
