Fennel seeds are highly aromatic and flavoursome. This thirst-quenching water is healthy, fast, and fresh.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lemongrass [chopped] - 1 whole stalk
  • Mint leaves [crushed] -  8 leaves
  • Fennel seeds - 1tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine the mint, lemongrass, and saunf with water and let the infusion sit for 3-4 hours at room temperature.  Step 2 The warmer temperature helps the ingredients' flavors intensify more quickly.  Step 3 You can also infuse in your refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
