Lemon drink with a small amount of salt can prevent loss of electrolyte and helps to remove toxins out of the kidney.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Dates [seedless] - 2 no.
  • Chia seeds - ½ tsp 
  • Buckwheat [sprouted] - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest - ½ tsp
  • Spirulina powder - ½  tsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt - as per taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend all the ingredients in a blender & serve.
