This recipe has egg white and chicken which makes it a double protein-rich recipe with very low carbohydrate property. It is a perfect post-workout food.

INGREDIENTS:
  • All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  • Egg white - 1 Granulated
  • Garlic cloves crushed - 2 no.
  • Boneless chicken pieces - 75 g
  • Breadcrumbs - ½ cup 
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Ground black pepper - as per taste
  • Kosher salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix the flour, chicken, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic in a bowl and keep aside. Step 2 Whisk the egg white and 1 tablespoon water in a medium bowl. Remove a piece of chicken from the flour, dip in the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs, gently pressing the crumbs onto the chicken, and set on a clean plate. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chicken. Step 3 Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and brown on each side, about 8 minutes total. Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to a paper-towel-lined plate
