This is an easy and incredibly flavorful way to prepare boneless skinless chicken breasts. Chicken is the best lean protein. Parsley is rich in Vitamin K and micronutrients. Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulfur, and chlorine. It is rich in phytochemical allicin which is anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic and lowers bad cholesterol.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken Breast- 100 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
  • Garlic (minced) - 2-3 cloves
  • Paprika powder - a pinch
  • Cumin powder- a pinch
  • Chilli powder - a pinch
  • Parsley leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp 
  • Pepper powder - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add garlic, coriander powder, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, parsley, cilantro and lemon juice in a blender and grind it coarsely.   Step 2 Season with salt and pepper and keep aside.  Step 3 Slice the chicken in half lengthwise and transfer into a bowl. Step 4 Add the marinade over the chicken and toss to evenly coat the chicken. Let it sit at least 4 hours or overnight. Step 5 Brush the chicken and grill on medium heat just until cooked through.
