Banana is a nutritious energy packed fruit.It is high in potassium and thus found to lower the blood pressure, it also aids in digestion.Greek yogurt and milk is high in protein and calcium.Spinach is an excellent source of antioxidant, nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), and manganese as well as a very good source of the antioxidant such as zinc and selenium. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Milk - 150 ml 
  • Banana - 1 no. 
  • Spinach - 2 to 3 leaves 
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp (soaked) 
  • Greek yoghurt [unflavoured] - 2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend milk, banana and spinach leaves.  Step 2 Add the soaked chia seeds.  Step 3 Serve chilled.
