Green apples help in slowing down the ageing process and enhance overall beauty. They also help in proper nourishment of the skin and eliminate dark circles to a great extent.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Spinach - 2 Katori
  • Green apples - 1 nos.
  • Banana - 1 nos.
Toppings -
  • Kiwi - 1 nos.
  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio - 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Chop spinach, green apple and banana. Step 2 Add them in a blender and blend until smooth. Step 3 Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi and chia seeds.
