  • Chopped, toasted nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, or any other variety) - 1 tbsp
  • Crunchy whole-grain cereal - 1 to 2 tbsp 
  • Small banana - ½  
  • Berries - ½ cup 
  • Orange/mango - 1 small
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take Greek yoghurt in a bowl; add chopped nuts / whule grain cereal, banana. Berries, mango and enjoy!
