Yogurt is a pro-biotic that helps in maintaining gut health. Also, it is a rich source of calcium, thus making it ideal for improving bone health.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Freshly cut pineapple - 2 slices
  • Yogurt - 1 katori 
  • Ginger juice - 1 tsp
  • Pineapple juice / Water - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - A pinch

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the freshly cut pineapple, ginger, yogurt, and cinnamon until smooth Step 2 Add pineapple juice or water as per your required consistency  Step 3 Pour into glasses, add ice cubes (optional), and serve cold
