Pineapple is an excellent source of vitamin C which helps in maintaining immunity. Bromelin, a chemical compound present in pineapple helps in treating cough and cold. It also acts as an anticoagulant and is given to heart patients. It helps in the secretion of digestive enzymes and aids in better digestion. Yogurt is a pro-biotic that helps in maintaining gut health. Also, it is a rich source of calcium, thus making it ideal for improving bone health.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Freshly cut pineapple - 2 slices
  • Yogurt - 1 katori 
  • Ginger juice - 1 tsp
  • Pineapple juice / Water - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder - A pinch

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Blend the freshly cut pineapple, ginger, yogurt, and cinnamon until smooth Step 2 Add pineapple juice or water as per your required consistency  Step 3 Pour into glasses, add ice cubes (optional), and serve cold
