Apple not only has the luscious taste but is also a rich source of antioxidant nutrients such as beta-carotene, vitamin C and flavonoids. It is also rich in dietary fiber. Together, these nutrients protect the heart, helps to relieve constipation. Crushed walnuts add vitamin E & omega -3 fatty acids. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Yogurt - 75 g.
  • Walnuts [soaked and chopped] -  2 nos. 
  • Sunflower seeds  - 1 tsp. 
  • Mixed fruits [ chopped ]  - 3  tbsp.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix the walnuts and sunflower seeds. Step 2 Mix the sliced banana and berries.  Step 3 Layer up in a bowl with yogurt and enjoy.
