Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

As the oats are soaked overnight their digestibility improves greatly. Strawberries are packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory enzymes and have enough fiber to boost your digestion. The soluble fiber content of flax seeds traps fat and cholesterol in the digestive system so that is unable to be absorbed. Greek yoghurt is packed with protein, almost double than regular yoghurt that keeps the muscles energized throughout the workout.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Oats - ½ cup
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Low-fat yoghurt/ Greek yoghurt - 2 tbsp.
  • Flax seeds - 1 tsp.
  • Pinch of salt
  • Blueberries /strawberry (chopped) - 7-8 no.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a food storage container, add the ingredients in the order listed (except the berries). Do not stir. Refrigerate overnight.  Step 2 In the morning, stir up the mixture; it should be thick and the oats should be completely soft. Add the toppings (fruits) of your choice.
