  • Fenugreek seeds[crushed] - 1 tsp
  • Water[filtered] - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a pan add water and fenugreek seeds. Bring the mixture to boil. Step 2 Simmer and let the mixture boil for about one minute. Remove from the flame. Step 3 Cover and let the seeds brew for another 5 minutes. Step 4 Pour the mixture through a sieve into a cup. Add honey to taste. Drink warm. Have 1 to 2 cups a day.
