Rajgira [amaranth flour] is a good source of fiber and helps in better digestion. It helps in building muscle mass as they are rich in protein. Amaranth has wonderful cholesterol-lowering properties. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also rich in calcium and phosphorous. Curd is a good source of protein and it improves digestion. Daily consumption of curd helps in lowering the blood cholesterol levels.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Rajgira + kuttu atta - 1 katori
  • Curd - 1/2 katori
  • Rock salt - as per taste
  • Paneer - 20 gms
  • Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Green chutney - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped carrot, capsicum, and potatoes - ¼ cup
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish - 1 tbsp
  • Rock salt - as per taste

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Mix the flour with curd, 2 tsp oil, and a little salt to make a smooth dough.  Step 2 Rull the dough into 3-4 large balls, then spread it out like a naan.  Step 3 On a hot Tawa, cook the flatbread.  Step 4 On the side make the pizza sauce by mixing tomato puree with mixed herbs.  Step 5 Spread this sauce on the flatbread and add toppings.  Step 6 If you want tandoori paneer, marinate and keep it grilled beforehand.  Step 7 Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.  Step 8 After removing from the pan, garnish with pomegranate seeds and grated paneer
