Carrot is a high Source of antioxidants that help protect against Cancer. Tomatoes have a good amount of vitamin A, C, and vitamin K, as well as significant amounts of vitamin B6, folate, and thiamin. They are also a good source of potassium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, and copper.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg whites - 3 no
  • Tomato (sliced) - ½ cup 
  • Onion (chopped)  - ½ cup
  • Carrot (chopped) - ½ cup
  • Coriander (chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Oil - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Grind onion, tomato, carrot, coriander and make a thick paste. Keep it aside. Step 2 In a separate bowl take egg whites add salt and red chilli powder to it and mix it properly. Step 3 Heat oil in a nonstick pan and pour the egg white mixture in  Step 4 Flip the omelette and top it with the veggie mixture and rull the omelette. Step 5 Remove it into a plate and cut the rull into pieces. Step 6 Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
