Oats is complete pre-workout food for those who hit the gym (1-2 hours before the workout.) Oats settle well without giving you a bloated feeling and takes time to digest thereby keeping you satiated for longer slowly releasing sugar into the bloodstream.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Oatmeal - 30g
  • Boiled water /milk - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  • Honey - ½ tsp
  • Crushed nuts - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine oatmeal and water in a pot.  Stir nonstop until thick.  Step 2 Serve hot sprinkled with cinnamon, nuts and honey.
